The Board of Public Works has new billing software.
If you see an issue call 660-736-4812. The new Platform has an option to receive your bill or general communication via text message or email.
If you would like to have the option for billing or general communication, such as boil orders or other important communication from the system, please send an email to tarkiowater@tarkio.net.
Once we receive your email we will send you an invitation. On the invite you will create your account and choose what you would like to sign up for by going to subscriptions.
You can change your billing options as well as pay your bill online. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
August 2026. We apologize for the delay in billing. We ran behind with the new software, The Board has decided to not charge a late fee this month, because of our delay. However, if your bill isn't paid, there will be service terminations.
